"The world is often organized by titles and departments. But innovation doesn't happen in silos.
We operate on a single premise: Human ingenuity is unlocked when we stop asking 'What do you want to be?' and start asking 'What problem do you want to solve?'. Whether through stained glass or digital data, we orient our work around the challenges we address."
Below are Our Active Projects at
The Realm of Possibility
The Problem of Affordable Creative Space
Vitraux Studios
The Challenge: Creative spaces in urban centers are becoming scarce and unaffordable. Artists cannot contribute to a city's culture if they cannot afford to live within it.
The Solution: We develop affordable gallery space, studio space, and in the future, artist live-work spaces. By increasing access to stable creative infrastructure, we ensure that artistry remains a permanent resident in our communities.

The Problem of The Dying Stained Glass Industry
Artistreets
The Challenge: Stained glass is fading into obscurity, often viewed as "nostalgic" rather than a relevant modern medium.
The Solution: The Artistreets Project invents new mixed-media techniques to redefine the field of stained glass. Our fundamental goal is to create new markets for local artists, to generate revenue for local institutions, and to use stained glass to honor people who make a positive impact in society.

Alma Mater Designs
The Challenge: Colleges and universities face a challenging economic landscape. They need new ways to engage alumni and generate revenue without relying on traditional "asks".
The Solution: We use the skill of stained glass to achieve modern development goals. We create custom, high-end retail art featuring university crests and emblems to reignite stakeholder relationships.

The Solvency of Brick & Mortar Institutions in Chicago
Chicago Flag Project
The Challenge: Local non-profits and small businesses often lack sustainable mechanisms to generate unrestricted funds.
The Solution: We convert iconic civic symbols into fundraising assets. By transforming the Chicago Flag into stained glass and concrete art, we provide institutions with a retail product that signals local pride and supports their mission.

The Problem of the Future of Work
Problem-Based Career Exploration
The Challenge: We are in the early stages of a digital arms race. As AI and robotics automate routine tasks, the traditional employment model is collapsing.
The Solution: To help learners create fulfilling career paths by orienting their exploration, education, work experience, and thinking around a problem or challenge they wish to address. We are piloting this paradigm in the field of oral health. We prioritize telling the story behind the resume, bringing the granularity down to the individual, allowing the next generation to discover possibilities and opportunities to solve problems in the field, giving insights and professional pathways that are not taught in schools. We release only human content, which is a premium in the age of artificial intelligence-generated media.
